3.4 The estimated delivery times stated in clause 3.3 do not apply to any Items with any of the following delivery addresses or postcodes (and, to avoid doubt, in each of these instances, we do not provide any target time for delivery):

3.4.1 any Items addressed to any British Forces Post Office;
3.4.2 in relation to Non Account Tracked 24, to any of the following postcodes: GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15-17, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3 postcodes;

3.4.3 in relation to Non Account Tracked 48, to any of the following postcodes: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, PA60-75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3.

Requests for returns/refunds for the following items shall not be entertained:
- any items that were on sale
- any "Ready To Ship" items
- any items that have been customised/personalised
- any items that appear (slightly) different in colour [either due to different display monitor/screen settings, or any striations/markings on natural gemstones]
- any items that have been damaged or broken due to improper care

Please return all items via a tracked service to avoid any possible losses etc.
Using Royal Mail's online sending service should cost £2.85 (Tracked 48).

Once your order has been shipped, I have no control over Royal Mail's delivery timeline.

I cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or shipments that arrive later than expected. Please understand that shipping times are estimates and are ultimately determined by Royal Mail.
