All Silicone, pigments, pearlescent powders and glitters are completely skin safe.
Glow in the dark powders and Fluorescent powders may cause skin irritation in some people.

All glow in the dark pigments need to be exposed to light before they glow. The glow is temporary and will need to be exposed to light again before they glow again.
Green is the brightest
Then Aqua, then blue and then purple being not as bright.
